ARBITRATION COURT.
THE QUESTION OF MR S. BROWN’S SUCCESSOR, (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August' 17, The bodies affiliated to the New Zealand Employers’ Federation are to be communicated with by the' Advisory Board with respect to the nomination of an employers’ representative on the Arbitration Court, .owing to the vacancy caused by the - death of Mr S. Brown. They are. to be requested to send to the secretary the names of the persons they desire to li,ave nominated for the position. The Board will then consider the names suggested, and recommend one person to the industrial union of employers of the Dominion for nomination. The Advisory Board of the New Zealand Employers’ Association passed a resolution regretting the death of Mr Samuel Brown, and 1 expressing on behalf of the employers of the Dominion appreciation of the deceased’s services during the past ten years as employers representative on th.o Arbitration Court.
