The objects of the Bill are to vest portions of the said Tawhiti Numbers 1A and IF Blocks cimprised in a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Gisborno, tinder No. 1565 in th? t Public Trustee, free from all restrictions An order to carry out an agreement for sale and purchase of the said lands made between the Native Owners of. the said lands and the Tokomaru Sheepfarmers’ Freezing Company, Limited. . After I such lands have been vested i:' the Public Trustee, he shall, upon having allotted to him shares in the company of a face value equivalent to the amount of the consideration agreed upon as the purchase price of the said lands, transfer the said lands to the Company. Upon the interests of the various Native Owners 1 being ascertained, the Public Trustee shall apportion and transfer the said shares to the various owners. Copies of the said* Bill will be deposited in the Office of the Examiner of Standing Orders of the House of Representatives at Wellington on or about the 4th day of September, 1909, and _ before the comsnencement of the session.
