The Rugby Union marches to ho played to-day are: At Victoria Domain: Seniors, United v. Y.M.C.A., 3 p.m.; juniors, United v. Kaiti-City, 3 p.m.: thirds, Y.M.C.A. v. Kaiti-City, and Defence • Cadets v. High School, 1.45 p.m. At Makauri: Seniors, Takitimu VMakauri, 3 p.m.; juniors, Te Kura v. Makauri, 1.45 p.m. Tho following will represent the-Kaiti-City juniors in their match with United to-day: Full-back, Stubbs; three-quarters, Huston, Oman, Fromm; five-eighths,- ‘Pollock, Bristow; half, Stichbury forwards, Hargreaves (wing), McKenzie, Roche, Whitfield, Jackson/ Exeter, McConnell, O’Neill; emergencies, E. Whitfield, Morell, Hepburn. The toaipj to represent- the Defence Cadets in their match versus High School to-day will be selected from the following: "File, Dennett, Tapapa, Claud Gordon, J. Lloyd, E. Sheet, J. Walters, Neale, Becre, Bean, McGonigal, R. Brown, Scents, F. Lloyd, 0. Hansen, Church, and Oxenham. THE POVERTY BAY TOURING TEAM. THE HAWKE’S BAY MATCH. \ (Special to "“Times.”) NAPIER, August 20. The team arrived safely, and were met at the station by ;tho Rugby Union officials, and driven to the Clarendon Hotel. Many of our fellows are stiff and sore after their hard games. The following is the Napier team for to-morrow’s match:—Symes,- vVall, Lewis, Absolum, Kenyon, Higgins, Smith (wing), Evans, Struthers, Ireland, Nicholson, McCormick, Scullion, Thow, Downing. f The Poverty Bay team will oc. Fitzgerald, Ryland, Tocker, Pollock, Watchorn, Kaipara, Nehu, Lincoln (wing), Beach, Gilbert, Lowe, Lyons, Donnelly, Nicolas, Delaney. It is almost certain that Watchorn will he unable to play owing to injuries to his leg, in which case Pollock will probably he five-eighths. The latter’s place will he taken b}’ Campbell or Miller., Mr. L; F. Pegler has been chosen referee. ASSOCIATION GAME. The matches for to-day are: Taruheru v. Y.M.C.A., at Tarulieru ; Rangers v. Athletic, at- Carnarvon Street. The kick-off will be at 3 p.m.. . The Athletic team will be picked from Cowell, Rose, Jones,. Bingham, Russell, Creighton, Hulb, Newton, Critchlow, Hay, Scotter, Gray, Williams and Smith.
