CLOSING OF TOLOGA POUND. is hereby given that on and JLI after SATURDAY, the,2Bth of August, 1909, the “Tologa Pound,” situated in the Township of Buckley, will be CLOSED against the reception of trespassing or straying cattle, but in order to deal with cattle lawfully impounded before that date, the Pound Will remain open until the 11th September, 1909, on which date the Pound will be finally closed. It is further notified that the appointment of Haua. Karini as a person authorised to impound 'straying cattle is hereby cancelled. This notification is to take effect on the 25th August, 1909. It is further notified that, the appointment of Mr. Albert P. Agnew as Poundkeeper of the Tologa Pound is hereby cancelled. This notification is to take effect on the 12th September, 1909. "TVTOTICE is hereby given that at the XN forthcoming sitting of the House of Representatives for the Dominion of New Zealand, application will be made for leave to bring in the above mentioned Private Bill. The objects of the Bill are to vest portions of the said Tawhiti Numbers 1A and IF Blocks citapriised in a plan deposited m the Land Transfer Office at Gisborne, under No. 1565 in the Public Trustee, free from all restrictions in order to carry out an agreement for sale and purchase of the said lands made between the Native Owners of the said lands and the Tokomaru Sheepfarmers’ Freezing Company, Limited. Alter such lands have been vested m the Public Trustee, he shall, upon having allotted to him shares in the company of a face value equivalent to the amount of the consideration agreed upon as the purchase price of the said lands, transfer . the said lands to the Company. Upon the interests of the various Native Owners being ascertained, the Public Trustee shall apportion and transfer the said shares to the various owners. Copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the Office of the Examiner of Standing Orders of the House of Representatives jat Wellington on or about the 4th day of September, 1909, and ; before the . commencement of the. eeernon.
