TVTOTICE is hereby given that at the An forthcoming sitting of the House of Representatives for the Dominion or New Zealand, application will be made for leave to bring m the above Private Bill. The objects of the Bill are to vest portions of the said Tawhiti Numbers 1A and IF Blocks cimprised in a plan deposited, m the Land Transfer Office at Gisborne, under No. 1565 in the Public Trustee, free from all restrictions in order to carry out an agreement for sale and purchase of the said lands made between the Native Owners of the said lands and the Tokomaru Sheepfarmers Freezing Company, Limited. Alter such lands have been vested in the Public Trustee, he shall, upon having allotted to him shares m the company of a face value equivalent to the amount of the consideration agreed upon as the purchase price of the said lands, transfer the said lands to the Company. Upon the interests of the various Native Owners being ascertained, the Public Trustee shall apportion and transfer the said shares to the various owners. Copies of the said Bill will be deposited m the Office of the Examiner of Standing Orders of the House of Representatives at Wellington on or about the 4th day of September, 1909, and _ before the commencement of the session.
