Forty thousand residents at Winnipeg gave an enthusiastic welcome to Lord Strathcona. on his revisiting'the town for the first time for 13 years. Mi’ Hill, president of the Great Northern Railway of Canada, speaking- at the luncheon, said that by 1915 the United States would cease to be a grain exporter.
