The Pretender Buhamara, in an iron cage, carried on ,a- camel’s back, °n t ed Fez amid the jeers of the popuiaoe He boldly insulted the crowd in return. The cage was deposited in the P uace courtyard. The Sultan interviewed the prisoner through the bars. Buha tiara declined to speak unless given new clothes and permitted to rest. His request was granted.
