THE S.A. BIORAMA COMPANY. The name of Brigadier Perry as a purveyor of wholesome entertainment in connection with, the Salvation Army, and through the medium of the bio-r-ama, is well known here as elsewhere throughout Australasia. For that reason the company of which he is the head are assured of a good attendance to-morrow evening and the following nights of t-lieir season at His Majesty’s Theatre. The first part of the programme comprises pictures of a miscellaneous description, included in the series being some specially fine illustrations of waterfalls. There are also a number of clever humorous pictures. The second part of the programpie comprises some of the stirring episodes in the story of “The Scottish Covenanters,” pictures which recall the struggles, suffering, and. martyrdom of those devoted enthusiasts. The entertainment is, moreover, something more than a picture show. A number of songs ana quartettes are introduced in both parts of the programme, and are illustrative of the pictures displayed. A good orchestra, is also a feature of the entertainment. PATHE PICTURES. There was another good attendance at His Majesty’s Theatre last evening, when the Pathe Pictures were again exhibited. The beautiful scenes in Stamboul, and on Lake Como, were especially popular, and the humorous picture, “Dr. Mak-em-thin,” elicited roars of laughter. . Owing to the theatre being otherwise engaged, the present programme will be presented for the last time to-night.
