' At the reception to the Dominion athletic team.* it was announced, in connection with the proposed visit of Walker and Heffemcn, the South African runners, to Australasia.. that Hetfornon has joined the professional rapks ami. .consequently will not be coming. Pur.cker, the hurdler, will probably be asked to accompany Walker. •
