BUDGET DEBATE POSTPONED. United Press Association —Copyright. MELBOURNE, Sept. 2. The House agreed to the postponement of the Budget debate to enable the Estimates to be put through. Mr Deakin has promised to give a full opportunity to discuss the financial as well as the practical side of the new naval proposals.
THE WIRELESS TELEGRAPH INSTALLATION.
The Postmaster-General states there will be no delay, as soon as funds are available, in installing a system of wireless telegraphy.,
