INTERNATIONAL LABOR CONFERENCES.
COMPLAINT AGAINST ENGLISH WORKMEN. United Press Association- Uopyrioht PARIS, Sept. 2. The International Labor Conference in Paris complains that English workmen are seeking the exclusion of foreign workmen, and "have disregarded the Christian Conference’s resolution that the members of an affiliated union should be admitted as members of a corresponding union wherever they went. Mr Appleton, at the instance of the conference, approved of the British labor party’ sattempt to secure the applications of the principles of the Foreign Enlistments Act to cases of organised blackleg expeditions to other states. Budapest was chosen as the place for the holding pf the next conference.
