GENERAL, AMNESTY PROCLAIMED
United Association— Copyright (Received September 3, 11.15 p.m.) • TEHERAN, Sept. 3. A general amnesty has been proclaimed in Persia. Twelve prominent officials have been exiled, including Saad-ed-Dowleh. The ex-Shah’s reluctance to cede his estate has been overcome, and hi§ annual pension fixed 1 at £33,700 sterling. [Saad-ed-Dowleh was the chief of the reactionary palace clique under the exShah, who ,in 'tieidfember, 1907, agreed to- banish him,'but did -not, keep -Ins promise-] .
