A THREE MO.NTHS’ SEARCH IN PREPARATION. MELBOURNE, Sept. 3. Negotiations are almost completed for the despatch of a special steamer to search for the Waratali. The cost is estimated at about £6OOO sterling for a three months’ cruise. The expense will be borne in equal shares by the Federal Government, the owners, underwriters, and public subscriptions.
