POVERTY BAY CLUB.

The annual meeting of the Poverty Bay Rowing Club is to be held in the Albion Hotel on Monday evening, at <jood progress is being made with, the new clubhouse. The foundations have been laid down, and it is expected that the joists and flooring will be completed by Monday night- »° far, no labor has been employed, tine work having been done by the members of thej club. The s.s. Holmdale, which is expected to arrive from Greymouth to-day, is bringing 10,000 ft of high-class rimu timber for the new building.
