A SPANISH VICTORY. United Press Association —Copyright LONDON, Sept. 3. General Aguilera’s force routed: the Moors, consisting of 400 horse and 1500 foot, near Elarba. The Spaniards, especially the cavalry, inflicted heavy losses on the Moors. The cavalry charged twice under heavy artillery fire.
