DRUNKENNESS
A first offender, charged with being drunk on Saturday, did not appear. The accused was convicted and his bail, £l. estreated. /Hemi Tu. Tap a was charged with being drunk while in charge of a horse on . Saturday. The accused pleaded guilty, and admitted being twice previously convicted of drunkenness. A fine of £2 with costs os. was imposed, with ail alternative of seven days’ imprisonment; Three days were allowed in which to pay the fine.
