ENTERTAINMENTS

PATHE PICTURES. There was another good attendance at the Theatre last evening, when the Pathc Pictures wore shown. The present programme is full of “star” attractions, including scenic, dramatic, manufacturing, and comic studies. “Winter Sports in Savoy,”a scenic film, gives a realistic representation of skating, tobogganing, and ski-ing. The races and jumps on the skis, accompanied by many spills, were loudly applauded "by the audience. The comic pictures shown last night were of a highly humorous nature, including amongst others “Merry Microbes,” Volcanic Chimney,” “A Feed of Hav,” and “An American Dance.” This evening the same programme will be given, and a complete change of programme will be presented at tomorrow’s matinee and also at the evening entertainment. PERRY’S 810 RAM A. The Salvation Army Citadel was well filled last night, when Perry’s Biorama Company gave a very good programme of moving pictures, illustrated songs, and musical items. The children, of whom there were a great many amongst the audience, were loud in their applause of the comic films, and all the other pictures were well received. This evening, at 7 o’clock, the City. Salvation Army, and Biorama Band will assemble at the Citadel and march to Victoria Domain, where a number of animated pictures will be shown on a screen, which has been erected. As this will be the last entertainment raven bv Perry’s Biorama in uisbome This visit, there should be a good attendance at the Domain.
