THE WEATHER
The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates’ weather forecast: —The usual conditions, fair weather and light variable winds, accompanying a high barometer, have prevailed everywhere during the past 24 horus. The- pressure has been almost half-an-inch above the normal,' but now shows a slight tenden-cy-to Talk though, still continuing to control the weather. Freshening vnortherly -winds will probably prevail shortly, and the weather become more humid; the change being expected..first in the southern districts. : .
