Arrangements having been made by the above Company to acquire the Bakery and Confectionery business now carried on by Mr. James Erskine, at Gisborne, Waerenga-a-hika, and Patutahi, the public of Gisborne and district are invited to apply for shares therein. The capital of the Company is £5,000, divided into 5,000 shares of £1 each. Payment for shares is at the rate of 2s. per share on application, • 3s. on allotment, and the balance if and when required by calls of ss. per share at intervals of not lees than one month.
