LORD TWEEDMOUTH
United Press Association —Copyright (Received September 16, 10.45 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 16. Lord Tweedmoutb, formerly First Lord of the Admiralty, died at Dublin to-day. [Lord Tweedmouth was bom in 1849. He was First Lord of the Admiralty, 1905-9, and Lord President of the Council in 1908, but .resigned 1 for health reasons.]
