Cablegrams from Athens indicate that the cause of the crisis is obscure, but it is apparently grave, owing largely to the King’s weakness in grappling with the situation. The matter of the King’s abdication is being discussed. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 15.; Many followers blame Theotokis’ language. Theotokis has resigned the leadership.
