THE AUSTRALIAN NAVAL COLLEGE. United Pukbb Association — Copyright LONDON, Sept. 15. Mr Lyttelton, in an interview, eulogises Australia’s patriotism and selfsacrifice in establishing a Naval College. It is a great step towards manning her navy. Regarding the farm scheme, he remarked it was only natural that Australia should desire the best type of British immigrant. Lord Milner is equally enthusiastic, regarding both schemes as admirable.
