The Marine Board found the stranding of the steamer Waipara at Brisbane Heads was due to the set of the wind and tide while awaiting the discharge of the pilot, who left her -in an unsafe position. The pilot’s certificate was suspended for three months, and the master was exonerated from all blame. •
