The editor of a Madrid Conservative paper and the correspondent were airested after the, latter’s return from Mol ilia for stating that the Spanish troops arte brave, but disorganised, the food bad, and 'the water mostly stagnant, that the Spanish victories are insignificant, and that many wounded lie on the hospital floors without blankets.
