FIVE HUNDRED DELEGATES PRESENT. United Press Association— Copyright. LONDON, Sept. 21. Five hundred delegates, representing twenty countries, attended the International Press Conference in London. It discussed the right of a journalist to refuse to divulge the source of his information. Other professional matters were also dealt with. _ Mr Sydney Buxton, in opening today’s International Press Conference proceedings, welcomed the delegates on behalf of the Government. Such gatherings, be said, tended to increase the friendly relations of the peoples of the countries represented. ,
