MORE LIGHTS REQUIRED. United Press Association— Copyright. . CAPETOWN, Sept. 21. The Cape Premier, replying to a deputation from the Chamber of Commerce, said be hesitated to increase the number of lights on the Cape coast, fearing that he might stimulate reckless navigation. He promised to consider the question.
