CREMATORIUM OPENED IN WELLINGTON. [Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON. Sept. 23. The City Council to-night adopted regulations for the use of the cremator ill m recently erected in the iLaxon cemetery, which is now ready for use. "Hie charges were fixed as follows: lo residents of Wellington, on week days £2 12s 6d. Sundays £3 3s; to non-resi-dents, £4 4s. These charges include the rise of the chapel and all attendance after the body has been placed on the bier inside the chapel.
