Payment for shares is at the rate of 2s. per share on application, 3s. on allotment, and the balance if and when required by calls of ss. per share at intervals of not less than one month. The acquisition of Mr. Erskine \s business will place the Company in a position to supply goods at a minimum cost, and also enable shareholders to still have the‘benefit of Mr Erskine’s long and well-known experience m the trade, the Company having made satisfactory arrangements to retain his services l The Directors confidently ask all consumers of the "Staff of Life” to become shareholders, as profits are to be divided not only as dividends upon capital, but also as a bonus to consumers, A copy of this advertisement and of the agreement between the Company and Mr. James Erskine has been filed as a further prospectus with the Assistant-Registrar of Companies, at Gisborne, and is open to public inspection during office hours. , Copies of the original prospectus, and any other information, will be supplied by the undersigned, from whom forms of applications for shares may now be obtained.
