The "Morning Leader’s” New York correspondent states that Dr Cook has concluded arrangements for a lecture tour, with a guarantee of a minimum of £50.000.

(Received September 27, 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 27. Mr. Whitney states: "Commander Peary did not allow anything belonging to Dr. Cook aboard the Roosevelt. I was forced to leave Dr. Cook’s box and articles in a cache at Etah.
