Arrangements having been niado by the above Company to acquire the Bakery and Confectionery business now carried on by Mr. James Erskmc, at Gisborne, TVaerenga-a-hika, and Patutahi, the public of Gisborne and district are invited to apply for shares therein The capital of the Company is £5,000, divided into 5,000 shares of £1 each. Payment for shares is at the rate of 2s. per share on application, 3s. on allotment, and the balance if and when required by calls of ss. per share at intervals of not less than one month.
