'Hie record price was 600 gs, paid by Mr. Miller, of Birkenhead, for. the Royal show winner Riby Gloucester Champion. The-ram was purchased .for exportation to Argentina. Mr George Harris, of Lincoln, gave 300 gs for Riby Nocton Enterprise, also, a Royal Show prize-winner.. Senpr.TPablo;;Qllbvera, of Buenos Aires, parted with a. like sum for Riby Gloucester Leader, and with 250 gs for Riby Gloucester 11, a Royal and Nottinghamshire; show winner. Mr Miller, gave 240 gs for, Riby Nocton Enterprise 11, lOOgs each, forRiby Gloucester 111 and Riby Noeton Enterprise III; and 180 gs for Riby Bendigo, purchased for exportation.. Mr Pears, of Mere- Hall, Nocton, Lincolnshire, and Mr Will'd, of Waßrihgton, were amongst the few remaining British buyers.
