Christchurch tomato-raisers lost heavily by a severe frost recently. The owner of a glasshouse with over 5000 plants in it had every one destroyed, while another grower, with 10,000 plants under cover, succeeded in saving them by staying up all night manipulating a dozen kerosene heaters. PILES RAPIDLY CURED. “I had been suffering from Piles for some little time, and had tried various advertised Ointments for my complains, but I only grew worse. 1 gave Rexona a trial, and was pleasantly surprised to find I was completel.y cured in four days. I used Laxo-Tonic Pills at the same time, so they may have helped towards my quick recovery,” wntes Mrs. Maggie Munro, Cooper Street, Balmain, N.S.W. Rexona, the Rapid Healer, is sold in triangular pots at Is 6d and 3s. Obtainable everywhere.
Those who use it swear by it. It is much more economical than ordinary tea sold at the same -price. * At all grocers, 1/8, 1/.10 and 2/- per lb, , * \2
