PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Local Bill will bo promoted at the next ensuing Session of tile General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled having for its object:— The creation of a new County under “The Counties Act 1908,” to be called “7hc Takirau County.” The promised now County of Ta'kirau is to comprise and include' those portions of the County of Cook now known as the Tologa Riding and the Waiinata Riding, also portion of the AYhataupoko Riding. A Copy of the Bill setting out the Boundaries, and containing a full description with plan of the proposed new Countv, and also setting out the Boundaries and describing the County _ of Cook as altered by this Bill is deposited in the Magistrate’s Court at Tologa Bay, and will be open to public inspection during office hours lor a period oi three full weeks.
