HURUMUA MOUNTED RIFLES

THE FORTHCOMING CAMP

(From Our Own Correspondent.)

The Tiniroto and Hangaroa troops of the Hurumua Mounted Rifles are to have a week-end camp during the present month. The following orders have been issued by Lieutenant &inall with regard to the camp, which starts on Saturday, October 16th, at noon, and breaks up on Sunday, 24th, at noon. Shooting: The final for the gold medal will he fired for on Saturday, October 16th, shooting to start at 8 a.m. Prize money will also be .fired for on the same day, and at the same ranges. , Camp: Members wil proceed after the shooting to camp for the week-end. Tiniroto members must arrive in camp at 10 a.m. on October lfthy and Hangafoa members as soon after as possible. Camp will be struck again on Sunday. 24th October, at 12 noon. Members are required to bring to camp with them all Government property on issue to them, together with rug, cleaning gear, horse brush and cover, knife, fork and spoon, plate, and pannikin. Further orders will appear in circular containing -orders re camp arrangements, which orders will be posted to each member. Members are asked to attend in full force. The camp is to be situated half-way between Hangaroa and Tiniroto.
