A special message to the Auckland “Herald” states that a trial was made at Hamilton on Friday evening last, of an aeroplane, constructed by Messrs Barnard Bros. The scene was the Claudelands racecourse, and the machine was attached to a motor car, but the state of the ground did not allow of any speed being attained.
