The U.S.vS. Co.’s Mokoia arrives from Auckland this afternoon, a day earlier tlnn usual, and leaves during the evening for Southern ports. The Tuatea leaves the wharf on arrival and again at 7 a.m. The Westport Coal Co.'s Regions came up to the wharf yesterday to finish discharging, her cargo. The U.S.S. Co.’s Squall arrived in the roadstead yesterday morning and came np the river on the tide during the afternoon. She stuck when off tho wharf and the Tuatea was put alongside to lighter sufficient cargo to enable her to get off on to-day’s tide. The Squall returns to Auckland after completing the discharge of her cargo. The schooner Waiapu arrived from Auckland via Coast- ports early yesterday morning. Her cargo consisted of 30 tons of coal for Messrs Robb Bros, and '2oooft of timber. The U.S.S. Co.’s Monowai arrives from South early to-morrow morning and proceeds later for Auckland. The Tuatea leaves the wharf at 6 a.m. and 9.30 a in. Messrs Richardson and Co.’s Fanny returned to Napier yesterday. Messrs. Johnston and Co., Wellington agents for the well-known Allan Line, running between; Liverpool and Canada, have been advised that a few weeks ago the big passenger boat Victorian made the run from Liverpool to Montreal in six days fifteen hours three minutes steaming 'Time. This works out at an average of 18.4 knots per hour across the Atlantic. The Allan Line affords a luxurious means of travelling to England via Canada. »Y TELEGRAPH [ IJKit1 J Kit Pnr.ns Association.!
