ANOTHER HEAT RECORD. United Press Association —CorYniouT SYDNEY, October 12. On Sunday Bourke topped heat records by registering 103 degrees in the shade. RED RAIN IN SYDNEY. Several suburbs and parts of the city experienced a fall of red rain this morning. It is supposed to be due to dust brought by wind from the interior.
