PROPOSED SHIPYARD AT QUEBEC. United Press Assi.riat?on— Copyright. (Received Ootobre 14, 9.45 p.m) OTTAWA, October 14. The- Ottawa “Citizen” states that Hariand and Wolff propose to expend seven million dollars on a dry dock and shipyard at Quebec. It adds that the Government has doubtless guaranteed the issue of bonds, and will possibly give other financial assistance while Ha Hand and Wolff are prepared to build a navy.
