Beautiful Hands.
To plump tlie hands is a necessity when they are very thin, and to do this heat the skin and rub into it warm oil while the flesh is hot. It takes a comparatively short time to make the hands fat by this method. "Women with hands that will not open wide, hands that are cramped or twisted, should take hand exercises, which ar© very beneficial. Open and close the hands vigorously and violently half a dozen times a day. This will make the wrists slender and the hands fatter and more symmetrical. Nervous people have ner-vous-looking hands, . but- the nervous look can be taken away by fattening the hands. A band of black velvet worn round the wrist, just at the back of the wrist bone, is excellent for the beauty of the hands. The black velvet shows' up the arm in all its delicacy and beauty.
