FLIGHT OVER EIFFEL TOWER.

Delabert, a Russian, aboard a Wright bi-plane, aeroplaned freom Juvisy over the Eiffel Tower,, a height of 1200 feet, and then returned to Juvisy., The journey, a distance of 40 to 45 miles, was done in 55 : minutes. Excitement prevailed in Paris while the bi-plane hovered above the streets.
