A COMING LAND SALE.
MESSRS WILLIAMS AND KETTLE’S
Messrs AVilliams and Kettle’s annual spring land sale will be Held on Saturday at His Majesty’s Theatre. A large number of. desirable town and suburban properties will be offered. In the Mangapapa district Mr. H. E. C'ark’s property, with its dwelling, outbuildings, and grounds, is on offer, and anotlier client wants sell a section of v three acres and a ten-roomed dwelling, with a workshop, stable, and KnpTOfV shed. Further on there are sections in Messrs Barker Brothers’ Whataupokp estate. Sections at Mangatu, in which there are local oil interests, are also on offer. The To Ran sections commend a good site, while in Kaiti Mr. Liddell has several sections for sale. In Aberdeen Road, Mrs. W. J. P. Gaudin’s property of nearly, five acres is for sale. A valuable section at the Point, Whataupoko, is also to be sold. In conjunction with Messrs Dalgeiy and Co., the welkknown Repqiigaere estate, suitablv divided, is to be offered, and also the well-known War pora estate, which is near the town, and embodies homestead and all up-to-date station buildings and fittings. With Mr. Lissant Clayton will be offered some valuable building sites, opposite the Gisboren Hotel, also half an acre in Ballance Street, with a sevenroomed dwelling thereon, and at Ormond there is Mr. Kennellev’s property of 30 acres, adjacent to the Ormond creamery.
