A PETITION TO PARLIAMENT. (Special to “Times.”) WELLINGTON, Oct. 27. Mr. W. D. S. MacDonald to-day presented a petition from Michael Mullooly, of Tologa Bay, praying for relief in connection with the purchase of certain shares in certain native lands on the East Coast in 1879, Which Judge Gudgeon awarded to the. East Coast Native Land Settlement Company. The petitioner states that during the hearing of his for validation of the purchase at the Validation Court- a dispute arose between Mrl W. L. Rees (who opposed him) and the petitioner. The latter was ordered to leave .thcr Court, and during ,his absence the Court awarded his shares, to the company, which was represented by Dir. Roes.
