RELIEF MEASURES. United Press Association —copyright LONDON, Oct. 27. Twenty-seven thousand unemployed have been registered in London, chiefly in the building,, cigar-malting, and brewing trades. Work has been found for 2000- The Government intends to vote £200,000 cinder the Unemployed Act.
