Messrs Gaudin and Co. draw, special attention in this issue to the sale by public auction to-day by Messrs Williams and Kettle, in conjunction with. Gaudin and Co., of a nine-roomed, dwelling and cottage with five acres of land, with frontage to Taruheru River and Aberdeen Road. The property is at present, in the occupation of Mr. W. J. P- Gaudin, who is shortly leaving for Auckland, and is without doubt ono of the choicest residential properties in the borough.- Land in the vicinity is selling at the rate, of £6OO per acid, and with the growth of the town towards the West End these values should.be further enhanced.
