CELEBRATED THIS WEEK. [Per Purrs Association.! BLENHEIM, Oct, 31. The Marlborough Jubilee null he celebrated • this week. The Governor arrived on Saturday night, and will be guest or M?\ H. .Vavasour at Ugorook, coming into town on. Monday and luesday. About forty members' of Parliament came across to Picton on the Gos.s. Tutanekai, and will be in town on Monday. They visited Ship Gove en route, and inspected the site of the proposed Cook monument. Special sermons were preached in all the churches to-dav. Archbishop Redwood being one of the preachers, and a public thanksgiving service was held in the Town Hall this afternoon.
