SPECIAL ORDER made by the - Waikolm County Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, Te Karaka, on FRIDAY, the lotli day of October, 1909, to be confirmed at a Special Meeting to be held' on WEDNESDAY, the 24th day of November, 1909. In pursuance and exorcise of the powers vestol in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act; ICOS> the Waikolm County Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £2600, authorised to be raised by the Waikolm County Council under the, above mentioned Act for constructing a new road from' the end of formation in No. 10 Mangatu No. 1 to the Waitangirua Stream. The said Waikolm County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of FOURPENCE in the’ £1 sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mangahamia Special Rating District No. 2, comprising—Part Mandate No. 1, being Sec. 18. 20a, and See. 21, 9880 acres, £4940; part of Secs. 20 and 21, Mangatu No. 1, 3084 acres, £1554; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and bo payable yearly on the first day cf July in each and every year during the currency cf such loan, being a period of forty-one years or until the loan is fully paid off; tlfb rate of interest to be 3A per cent. ’ GEO.
