The acquisition of Mr. Ers'kine’s business will place the Company in a position to supply goods at a minimum cost, and also enable shareholders to still have the benefit of Mr Erskine’s long and well-known experience in. the trade, the Company having made satisfactory arrangements to retain bis services • The Directors confidently ask all consumers of the “Staff of Life” to become shareholders, as profits are to be divided not only as dividends upon capital, but also as a bonus to consumers.
