The Court of Appeal of the district of Columbia and Washington upheld the decision of the Lower Court concerning the black listers (cabled on 24th December). The defendants are now .appealing to the United States Supreme Court. [The cable message referred to stated that the president, vice-president, and secretary of the Federation of Labor liad been sentenced to 12, 9, and 6 months’ imprisonment respectively for contempt af Court in ignoring an injunction by persistently blacklisting the Bucks Stove Company. Tlie prisoners were bailed out, .pending an appeal.]
