Unwed Piucsb Association— Copyright. BAGDAD, Nov. 3. A syndicate of Continental bankers, headed by the Deutsche Bank, is taking up a second, and third series of Bagdad railway loans, the series amounting to £9,000,000, enabling the construction of the BurgurlmHelif section by a new Continental construction company, .with headquarters at Switzerland.
