The Federal Labor Party resent this action, and d tel are that the Brisbane Conference never intended that the Federal Government should be hampered' by ..a permanent financial arrangement. The New South Wales party deny this. They declare that the conference fully meant that the proposals should be permanent in order to give security to, the State Treasurer.
