DISAGREEMENT OVER FINANCE
United Press Association— Copyright. SYDNEY, Nov. 5. The State Labor r Party has decided to support Mr. Wade in making the Federal financial proposals permanent. The Federal Labor Party resent this action, and d tel are that the Brisbane Conference never intended that the Federal Government should be hampered' by ..a permanent financial arrangement.
